1. After 78 Kilometers you will approach Junction 22 (signed Inch).
2. Take this exit, at the 1st roundabout follow the signs for Gorey.
3. At the 2nd roundabout take 1st exit (signed Ballymoney) at Green’s Berry Farm.
4. Follow this road for 2 Kilometers.
5. Take the left hand turn (signed for Seafield Golf & Spa Hotel) at Redmond’s Home & Garden World.
6. Proceed forward for 2 Kilometers through Ballymoney village.
7. Turn Left into Seafield.
From Wexford:
1. Take N11 Northbound (signed Dublin).
2. Approach Junction 23 (signed Courtown).
3. Take this exit and at 1st roundabout take the 1st exit (signed Courtown).
4. At 2nd Roundabout follow signs for Courtown.
5. Straight after "Courtown Road" Roundabout take the 2nd exit and then the 1st left hand turn.
6. Follow road for approximately 1 mile until you come to the T–Junction, where you will take the left hand turn.
7. Follow this road for approx 1 mile.
8. Turn right into Seafield Golf and Spa Hotel before Ballymoney Village.
