Directions from Dublin: The drive from Dublin to Galway is 200 km and will take approximately 2.5 hours. From Dublin take the N4 to the West and Galway. The N4 will become the M4 which you will follow. Leave the M4 at Junction 11 which to join the M6 signposted for Galway. AT the end of the M6 bear left and follow the signs to Docks and Galway City East. Once on the Dual Carriageway you need to move to the right hand lane. At the "Martin" roundabout you need to take the third exit again signposted Docks and Merlin Park. Go straight through 3 sets of lights (past Galway Crystal) and at the Skerritt take go straight (2nd exit past GMIT), then straight through two sets of lights and Carlton Hotel Galway City is located on your right.
