These are period style rooms, club rooms and the penthouse suite. All rooms appointed with modern up to date technology, big beds with comforters and bathroom toiletries to pamper yourself. The Brasserie one serves quality food, sometimes rustic sometimes classic using the freshest of local ingredients, local suppliers and sensibly priced. Our friendly staff can aid you in selecting from our wonderful wine list. Brasserie One offers all you hope for in a restaurant, atmosphere, intimacy, elegance yet relaxed and informal, it has great views of the Georgian streetscape and of course fantastic food and wine.

Period Style Rooms – There are four period style rooms to choose from, each named after a previous resident of No. 1. Naturally spacious and with great big sash windows beckoning to views of the terrace/garden or the People's park, each room is furnished with a unique bed
Club Rooms – 15 Club rooms offer a more classic modern feel but each one is different and in keeping with the heritage feel of the hotel, each is named after an Irish Poet. Some overlook the garden and many overlook the red brick terraces of Georgian homes of Limerick.
Penthouse Suite – Located on the top floor of the hotel, the penthouse suite has sweeping views of the city and the mountains of Clare. The penthouse accommodation is generously spacious and includes its own bar and dining area with comfy sofas to relax on and a 42 inch flat screen on which to watch all the latest movies.

A unique concept for Limerick, The Wine Room @ No1 is a retail store selling a wide selection of wines from small boutique winemakers around the world, gift ideas and more. Wine hampers, both for corporate and private customers with tasting notes included are our speciality.
The wine room can also be reserved for private dining for up to 8 persons.
Guests @ Brasserie One can also purchase wine in the store for their dining experience with a corkage of €10 per bottle or €15 per bottle on champagne.
Wine tasting evenings will be available on selected dates for up to 25 persons.
