Directions
Monaghan is the axis point for the northern half of the country, equidistant from Dublin, Donegal and Sligo–2hrs travel time, with Belfast only 90 mins away.
Four Season Hotel is located 1km north from the centre of Monaghan on N2.
FROM BELFAST
88km (55 miles) Take M1, depart at junction 11 (Portadown/Armagh),passing through Portadown, Armagh and the village of Middletown.
On approaching Monaghan take the 2nd exit of the roundabout. The Hotel is located on the right hand side.
FROM DUBLIN
121km (75 miles)Take M1 following the signs for Belfast. Toll bridge cars ¤1.70. Leave the M1 at Junction 14, take the 1st exit at the roundabout on to the N33 following the signs for Ardee and Derry. At the 2nd roundabout take the 2nd exit. Take the 2nd exit at the 3rd roundabout. You will bypass Ardee, then pick up N2 bypassing Carrickmacross, onto Castleblaney.
When approaching Monaghan, take second exit at roundabout, continue on and at the next roundabout take the first exit. The Hotel is located on the approach to Monaghan town on the right. The hotel can be seen on the hill when approaching.
FROM DONEGAL
Take the A64 to Ballyshannon, then take the A4 to Enniskillen. From Enniskillen follow the A34 to Lisnaskea, then follow the N54 to Clones. In Clones, take the 2nd exit at the first set of traffic lights. At the 2nd set of lights, take the 1st exit. Travel through Smithboro and onto Monaghan.

The Still Bar is another focal point of the hotel offering a Carvery lunch or bar food menu throughout the evening.
Lively entertainment can be heard in the bar on Friday and Sunday nights.
