Directions to Days Hotel Tullamore
Take the N4/N6 (Galway Road). Follow N4 as far as Kinnegad. Take the Kinnegad by–pass, then follow the N6 for Galway and continue as far as Kilbeggan. When you reach Kilbeggan take a left for Tullamore (N52). When you arrive on the outskirts of Tullamore follow signs for town centre. Continue into the town, over the canal, and turn right at the second set of traffic lights. Continue down to the Garda Station, and turn left, following the road around onto Main Street Tullamore. Days Hotel is located about 500 metres down on the left hand side, right next to KFC.
It takes iust one hour to travel from Heuston Train Station in Dublin to Tullamore. Turn left on exiting the train station, followed by a right turn directly onto Main Street. Days Hotel is located on the right hand side, right next to KFC.

Our restaurant is open each morning, serving a selection of fresh fruit juices, yoghurts, cereals, fresh breads and speciality teas and coffees. Why not indulge in a piping hot full Irish breakfast served from our tempting buffet. Non–residents are always welcome.

Our restaurant is a perfect spot to meet, whether it's a business meeting, or a coffee with friends, why not pop in and enjoy a delicious cappuccino and a feshly baked scone.

We are delighted to welcome non–residents for dinner, perfect for any special occasion, or for a quick snack if you're on the run. Groups welcome. We are currently operating without a full bar license, but are pleased to offer a complimentary glass of wine with your meal. Tullamore Dew Heritage Centre: Tullamore Dew, the famous Irish whiskey, originates from this town, where it was first distilled in 1829. The Tullamore Dew Heritage centre is open to visitors throughout the year.
Charleville Forest Castle: Another favorite attraction is the Gothic structure of Charleville Forest Castle, dating back to 1812. The castle grounds are well worth exploring, set on 30 acres of gardens, they allow the perfect opportunity for a walk in tranquil countryside.
Clonmacnoise: An early Christian site founded by Saint Ciaran in the 6th century on the banks of the River Shannon. The site includes the ruins of a cathedral, eight churches (10th–13th century), two round towers, three high crosses and a large collection of early Christian grave slabs. The original high crosses and grave slabs are on display in the Visitor Centre. There is an audio–visual show as well as a number of exhibitions.
