Our 4**** romantic 19th Century Victorian guesthouse, elegantly furnished with antiques. There are 7 charming bedrooms, some with Victorian baths and brass beds and all with private bathroom and modern conveniences. The peace & tranquility of Ballyknocken, our care and attention, homely log fires, gardens, wonderful walks on site, award winning breakfasts, dinner and wines makes us a popular choice for a holiday or short break.
Ballyknocken Country House Rooms
The romance and charm of Ballyknocken House is reflected in the decor of the bedrooms. All 7 bedrooms are individually styled with period and antique furnishings and lots of attention to detail. All have private bathrooms and 5 of the bedrooms have roll top original Victorian baths on one had a wonderful brass bed. All rooms have views over the gardens or the forest and are non–smoking. Full modern conveniences such as tea making, television, hairdryer and telephone are also in all bedrooms. There is one family room and the remaining 6 rooms are a mixture of doubles and twins.

We are located on the road between Ashford and Glenealy village. 3 miles from Ashford on the right (1 mile from Glenealy).
