What exactly?
Well... we could go on about the fact that Brogans was built nearly two centuries ago using much of the original stone from Trim Castle or that it boasts 18 of the most tastefully decorated, modern en-suite guest-rooms in Co. Meath.
Perhaps we would shout about having one of Irelands finest Restaurants-The Beacon, resting right in the centre of a 19th century woollen mill and that only a couple of feet away sits the best Irish bar with the warmest of welcomes...
