Located on a hilltop, overlooking spectacular views of Cork City, the Ambassador Hotel is a charming hotel located on quiet grounds in the heart of Cork City. A strong sense of history is evident from the moment you enter the gates of the Ambassador Hotel. Built in 1872 as a Military Hospital and then later occupied as a nursing home, the Ambassador Hotel was opened as a hotel in June 1997. Its unique architectural design has been lovingly restored and transformed into the luxurious Ambassador Hotel.
